Dear parents,

Welcome to Kennett High School Open House and to my 9th-grade English class blog. This is my first post to the blog. This is also my first time (ever!) blogging.

What I like about blogging is that it’s not just teachers who gets to talk; the parents and the students get to talk too.

To get started, I’m asking parents to respond to this prompt: What do you want your child to get out of 9th-grade English this year? (Please note that posts are not private; any one who logs on will be able to read what you post.)
